Mcdonald's - Brooklyn

Beautiful location. eating is amazing and the escaping is always very clean. could be one of the best mcdonalds in bk. highly recommended.

They must be better organized at the front where they take their order, there is no way to say where the line starts at all. the people are scratched only in a tiny space, where it is also over, door Dash and Grubhub suppliers waiting for orders, and their self-service machines do not work 95% of the time. food they always get the order right and their food is fresh. the restaurant itself is spacious and accentuated.

Many things wrong with this McDonald's.1 workers are rude2. they got the command of my friend wrong (they took 2 nuggets away from his 6 pieces)3. they would not allow him to demand his deal from the app4. we waited 10 minutes and no one was there to take his second job (we landed on the way)5. No one takes that **** out. the load smells bad7. soda tastes like gay, I was with other mcdonalds around the city, but no one is as bad as this. can yall be better?

This McDonald's is the most disorganized I have ever been to. The employees are very disappointing, the restaurant is not busy, they often make mistakes with orders, and when you do manage to get their attention, they are usually busy. I have been here twice and experienced the same issues both times. It is not worth eating here.

They gave me a small milkshake instead of a medium. They didn’t give me my large fries. No straws, no ketchup, no napkins. How can someone mess up an order so much. Awful location. Dirty everywhere. Avoid if possible.
