Although it was 2am... still an unacceptable weight time for your order... thanks grubhub and uber eats you other fat basturds should get up and go get your meals like i did ?

The atmosphere at this restaurant is not great, especially during busy times. My meal was finished while the staff chatted and laughed, not bothering to pack my food. I only received two large fries and my drinks took 20 minutes to arrive. I waited patiently and politely asked for them, but the staff seemed annoyed. Finally, my meal was ready and I asked for it to be packed, but the staff continued talking. This experience was disappointing and I have a newfound respect for larger companies that hire employees who prioritize customer service. Goodbye McDonald's 86 on 430 Brooklyn.

My daughter has a severe egg and peanut allergy, which is unfortunately quite common and makes dining out a challenge. I have to be vigilant about checking ingredients and cross-contamination risks. However, at McDonald's on 86th Street in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, my daughter can safely enjoy her favorite chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sauce. The manager and staff at this location take extra care to ensure her order is prepared with her safety in mind. They are attentive and understanding when I explain the situation, going above and beyond to accommodate her needs. I am truly grateful for their serious approach to food allergies.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this restaurant. It seems like all McDonald's cares about is fulfilling Uber Eats and Grubhub orders. After waiting for 10 minutes, I asked about my order, only for the server to inform me that my fish was still cooking. Not to mention, when I finally received my order, my fries were cold and tasted like cardboard. Additionally, my drink was supposed to be sweet tea, but when I got my food, the tea had no ice. I never even got asked if I wanted it sweetened or unsweetened. I will not be returning here again.

Decent eating that is fresh, but in the morning they settle for different amounts of time, and they do not know exactly when it begins or when it ends until they pass when they are closed.
