Contribuiți la feedbackI left here with the family on a last Friday night. brot and rice were good, and the staff seemed friendly enough, but the main dishes were very fair. the chicken in the tikka masala was chewing and overboiled. the sauce was free from seeing -- like a tomato sauce instead -- in contrast to every tikka masala I have ever eaten or made to home! my lamb vindaloo was not bad (very spicy- I asked about it so! , but the huh vindaloo my companion ordered suffered from the same overcooked chicken problem. I will continue to search for other Indian restaurants in this opposite. this was disappointing.
A truly authentic experience that reminded me of the Indian restaurants in london. really good eating, beautiful ambiente and excellent value for money. highly recommended!
Dinner before show in barclays center excellent food and worth and a charming host
I had a hard time to connect with the eating in the masala grill. I have something from an Indian veteran, I was in about 60 restaurants this type in the Usa. eating was subduing, not aromatic, and it was lacking deep. the chicken mahogany was sweeter than some jams that I have eaten to find out they use a considerable amount of mango cahutney as the basis of their sauce. who does that? the wobble nnan was boiled (always still diligent in sharing) the lemon pickle was actually something that looked like the wrench apple, and the papadam came out with oil dripping. I've never left food in a restaurant.
We were drawn here because of a discount that they no longer honored, but were surprised by the quality of the meal, and the freshness of the ingredients. If you're in a hurry though (we were not), say so; they are kind of laid back about service. Will definitely return.
