Malai Ice Cream - Brooklyn

I couldnt decide between the Rose with Cinnamon Roasted Almonds, Masala Chai, and Lemon Cardamom Ice Cream ... so I got all three! Im so glad I did because all 3 are perfect and I highly recommend all of them!

A smooth, velvety consistency belies a very softly flavored ice cream notes of sweetness accentuate various interesting combinations like Rose with Cinnamon Roasted Almonds. Again, a VERY light on the palate ice cream.

Really creamy ice cream made with fresh ingredients; you cant go wrong here. Very light on the rose and saffron flavors ; I think the rose with cinnamon and the peda are both more for an American palate. On the other hand, I ordered the Ghugra a few days ago and really loved it/found it closer to an indian dessert. Overall still really high quality ice cream and cant wait to try more flavors.

The best one we liked was the red chili chocolate (it was surprisingly really good) the rest were just okay. We felt the Turkish Coffee had too much cardamom and less coffee.

Best ice cream Ive ever had.
