Ichiran - Brooklyn

I was very pleasantly surprised. It's one of those place where you hand in a paper through a window and don't need to interact with anyone nor see other people who are there to eat. The flavor was my favorite of all the pork ramen I've had so far.

You are going for the soup and noodles. The broth is very excellent as are the noodles. Vegetable or pork that's it. I had the vegetable. I will go back and see if it's vegetarian at some point. Seating is seperate in individual booths that you can combine in a row until after 7, when the dinning area opens.

Good experience, but you can get cheaper and better ramen elsewhere imo

Five stars well-deserved for the unique atmosphere and the delectable taste that makes this ramen spot truly exceptional

I didnt expect to get only a bit noddles and 2 tiniest sclices of pork for $20...there are way too many other better ramens for the same price
