Kristina is the best bartender I have ever encountered. She has a fantastic personality and a very professional work ethic.

If I had written this review after my first order, I would have mistakenly given it a 5-star rating. The quick delivery time, the delicious taste, and the quality of the packaging were all exceptional. I was pleasantly surprised in comparison to a competitor. However, after placing another order, I was disappointed. The food I received gave off a leftover vibe, which I did not appreciate. The Egusi soup in the first order looked amazing and I didn't experience any negative side effects. But in the second order, the Egusi soup was clumpy and disappointing. The taste was not as good as the first time. The Ogbono soup was not slimy, and the taste was unimpressive. I had high hopes for this place initially, but the second order made me reconsider. I still plan to visit in person to see if the failed order was a one-time occurrence. I will update my review if I am impressed during my visit. One thing I must commend is the speed at which the food was prepared. Keep up the good work!

I have to be honest and give this restaurant 3 stars. As someone who is half Nigerian, I have to admit that the food here is good and tastes like homemade dishes. However, everything else about this place is a total joke. The service was absolutely terrible!! When we walked in, we were greeted but not given any direction on where to sit, so we had to find our own table. We never received a menu and had to search for them ourselves. We also weren't offered any drinks during our entire visit. It took almost 17 minutes for someone to finally come take our order. I had to ask a local customer about the service, as she was the only staff member present. It turns out that they are short-staffed during the week and very busy on weekends, with most customers opting to order by phone for pickup. It seems like they should either focus on takeout orders or improve their dine-in service. They served my friends tap water that tasted terrible, so we had to go outside to buy bottled water. It was just an overall horrible experience. This was my second time visiting New York since 2013, and I was disappointed. And the bill came out to $105, which was just ridiculous. I really hope they can improve because this was truly embarrassing.

So it was my first time trying African food I got the egusi stew with pounded yam.the egusi tasted like nothing I have ever had before it tasted bitter and wasn't spicy the pounded yam was interesting it takes the flavor of any stew so I had it with some spicy curry and it was amazing.

Tried out this location last week. I was there for their Taco Tuesday, best decision I made that week! The food was amazing tried out thé tacos and burger with a friend, the cocktails were also bomb! The staff are super friendly and responsive too! Would highly recommend!!
