Stopped in for a few drinks (they have a great prices on strong margaritas. I didn’t get a chance to try the food yet but will definitely be back, I can only imagine it’s delicious.

I’ve lived near here for a long time, and I’ve always seen this spot but never came in. I WAS MISSING OUT! One of the best Mexican restaurants in East Harlem or Manhattan in general! I’ve been coming here for about a year and a half now. I’ve never been disappointed! Their torta, enchiladas, burritos, tostada are AMAZING. The spicy pork torta is my favorite with jalapeños and chipotle mayo. I want this food all the time haha

This is Wl Barrio secret jem. Family owned, excellent cuisine. Authentic dishes. Dora and Hector are amazing hosts. Music is eclectic from the 80's to the sounds of old Mexico. You haven't lived until you stop here. She don't tell anyone. It's our SECRET! ENJOY!

Food was delicious! Service was great. Will frequent this place for the foreseeable future. Margaritas a little pricey $16) but strong. Overall, really happy we checked this place out.

The steak is delicious, and it comes with a side dish of cactus. I never had cactus before, It tasted delicious. Be a true foody, and try it.
