Graziella's - Brooklyn

Update (12/28): Graziella’s has since hand delivered a coupon and personally apologized. We went back yesterday and the meal was just as good as I remembered. I am changing my review to 5 stars. Excellent food and service. This is on of my favorite restaurants in NY. —— prior review 12/26——— The food is amazing, don’t get me wrong. My complaint is that I made a reservation on-line for Christmas and was asked to confirm it by text. When we arrived, they were closed. We could hear the phone ringing inside but all the light were off. Another person was there that had done the same thing and driven across boroughs. Luckily, we were able to get in to Osteria Brooklyn which is better and now my new favorite. Thanks a lot Grazziella, turn your reservation system off when you close (esp. on a big holiday)!

Un matched. The quality of Italian American food has been second to none, after many many years. Always a delight. May Graziella’s remain supreme in Brooklyn until the end of time.

Solid American Italian fare with an abundant vitrine of cakes and desserts. stick to the basics, and avoid the fancier pizzas and salads and you will enjoy yourself an so will your kids. The margarita pizza, kale salad and fettuccine Alfredo were all good. The veggies pizza and some of the other salads were ok, but not as good.

Nice pizza from a wood burning oven. More than we could eat, but luckily very friendly about boxing up the remainder.

Been going to this restaurant for years. Great food , variety, service, homey atmosphere, know the family and my second home. Have family coming from out of town, l take them to Graziella’s. They go home and ask me to send them food from there. Love this place.
