Dunkin' - Brooklyn

Some of the staff are friendly, but others are not. They don't wear gloves when handling cash, and after collecting payments, they proceed to prepare your drink without gloves, which raises concerns about germs. Additionally, they don’t clean the counter after each customer, which could potentially lead to illness. For my safety, I will never return to this restaurant.

I spent all morning trying to call them to let them know that I forgot my new umbrella and was hoping they could hold it for me until after work. Unfortunately, no one answered the phone. I go there every morning for breakfast.

I visited in the early morning, and the woman at the front was incredibly friendly. Plus, the service was quick.
