Colina Cuervo - Brooklyn

The restaurant has a really cozy atmosphere and offers a great selection of food for a café. I arrived around noon, and it was fairly busy. Interestingly, I was the only person who placed an order when I got there; the next guest arrived about 15 minutes later. Although they ordered sandwiches, which generally don’t take long to prepare, they received their food before I did. I ordered pancakes, bacon, and two eggs over easy. After a couple of other diners arrived, ordered, and got served, I finally inquired about my meal. The server asked what I had ordered, even though I had a table number, but that wasn’t a major issue. She returned quickly with my food, although it was a bit cold and not very hot—as if it had just been prepared. Personally, I find that a little frustrating, but the food was delicious, which somewhat made up for the wait. I wasn't in a hurry, so it wasn't a huge deal; I just noticed it. Overall, I recommend eating here! I plan to come back, and hopefully, it will be a smoother experience next time.

The pork hash was absolutely amazing, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the carrot cake was the perfect finishing touch to my meal.

I always have an outstanding experience here! The baristas are consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They serve Counter Culture coffee, and every drink I've tried has been excellent. The food menu is impressive too!

Really cozy spot and really good food. Delicious pancakes and bacon, and the chicken schnitzel sandwich was also really good. Perfect rainy day vibes.
