Catskill Bagel Company - Brooklyn

The bagel itself was alright; I stuck to the basics with an everything bagel and cream cheese. However, the service was disappointing. The staff had an unpleasant attitude and were rude, even rolling their eyes at customers. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this place.

I ordered bagels along with a pound of cream cheese, but only received the bagels. I tried calling to request the cream cheese, but no one answered the phone. I wanted to give them another chance after previous issues, but it seems they are just as unfriendly to customers as they’ve always been.

If you're going to charge me $6.50, the least you could do is not burn the food and show a bit of friendliness at the counter. The eye rolls I received would deserve no stars, but I’ll overlook that for now.

The only reason why this bagel store is still open is because they’re the ONLY bagel store in this neighborhood. Worst customer service and their bagels aren’t even that good. Nothing like some good ‘ol BAGEL PUB bagel.

I ordered the fluffy pancakes today and I couldn’t get through the first bite. It was the most disgusting pancakes I’ve ever had in life. They were salty and left a terrible after taste. This is the only time I’ve ever had to throw away an entire order of food.
