Artichoke Basille's Pizza - Brooklyn

The delivery staff were terrible. I couldn't go downstairs because of an injury, so I ordered delivery. However, the driver refused to come upstairs to my apartment.

I ordered a pizza for the kids but had a terrible experience with Dominos delivery. They called me multiple times but failed to deliver the pizza. Initially, they claimed the delivery would be in 5 minutes but it took 25 minutes in reality. When they arrived, they expected me to pick up the pizza despite my request for delivery. They then complained about the lack of parking in front of my building and failed to buzz my doorbell, instead opting to call me repeatedly. When questioned about their actions, they eventually left without delivering the pizza. Due to the poor service from Dominos' delivery team, I will never order from them again.

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I am extremely upset with them. I provided specific instructions for my pizza delivery to be brought to my front door because I have a baby and cannot leave him home alone. I even gave the bell number for the driver to use. However, when the man arrived, he called me and argued with me about how to open the door. He then insisted on a tip while I was signing the receipt with my debit card, and when I hesitated, he became aggressive and punched my lobby glass door. When I called the restaurant to complain, the employee was rude and took the driver's side. No matter what, the customer should always be treated with respect. I used to love Domino's Pizza, but after this experience, I will never order from them again.

Horrible staff. I got out the car to place an order and all the lights in the store were off even though staff were inside. Then the cashier seemed bothered by the fact we were placing an order, it was 10:45pm so a little over 2 hours before closing. Thenafter handing him the cash he literally threw the change back at me on the counter. Worst dominos ever. And that's saying a lot.

The customer service at this location is non existent and the delivery person is literally just lazy. I am unable to go downstairs due to an injury which is why I ordered delivery and the driver refused to come upstairs to my apartment citing fearsof getting a parking ticket. There is a driveway which I told him he can park at but he continued to refuse. By the time myhusband got dressed and went down stairs, the driver had left with our food. When I called the location, I was told they can?tmake the driver go upstairs if he feels unsafe.... This is Bayridge and a super safe neighborhood. He didn?t feel unsafe, He?sjust lazy. I?ve never had any issue with anyone delivering upstairs before. DO NOT ORDER HERE. ORDER PAPA JOHNS INSTEAD!
