Artichoke Basille's Pizza - Brooklyn

Last night, when I was in the area, I decided I was in the mood for pizza. This restaurant had over 1,000 reviews so I decided to give it a try. I initially wanted to order the artichoke slice but it didn't look appealing when I got to the counter. I ended up pointing to a Sicilian slice, although it was mislabeled. The man at the counter handed me two slices of Sicilian, claiming they were fresh out of the oven and better than what was on display. Although I had actually wanted the vodka Sicilian, I didn't make a big deal out of it. Unfortunately, the pizza was disappointing. Even after reheating it at home, it lacked flavor and char. I ordered the Easter Sunday Artichoke Spinach from this restaurant and was disappointed with what I received. The sauce was not cheese as expected, but instead appeared to be a cream or condensed milk. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company. I would caution others against ordering from this pizzeria.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and bread sticks. Everything was so good ! I will definitely be returning. Great staff and nice place !

Huge cheesy and delicious pizza! Must must must try.. I loved it

I was really excited when we arrived at the restaurant, but was disappointed to hear that they were out of regular pizza. Instead, I decided to try the Margarita pizza and my son went with the pepperoni. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals - the pizzas were cooked perfectly with a delicious crust and flavorful ingredients. We will definitely be returning next time we are in Brooklyn.
