Antica Pesa - Brooklyn

The food is fantastic! The ingredients are top-notch, and the homemade ice cream and tiramisu are simply the best. The cocktails are excellent as well. The owner took the time to chat with us, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant!

I was really let down by this experience. It was one of the most disappointing meals I've had. Given the price and the ambiance, I expected much more. To be honest, I think I could have enjoyed a better meal at a pizzeria. Having visited Italy, I can confidently say this does not compare to a quality restaurant in Rome.

The agent who greeted us was quite snobbish. We had a reservation for September 15 at 8:30, but she didn't communicate well and informed us that we didn't have a reservation. She made me wait outside the restaurant for my partner to arrive, even though there were empty tables available. The presentation of the food was disappointing; my fish dish was overwhelmed by salad and tasted overly salty. Additionally, there was a line for the restrooms. When we requested the check, it was handed to us in a crumpled piece of paper without any folder or presentation—it felt more like a grocery store receipt. Overall, the experience was unprofessional!

Fantastic restaurant ! We did travel along the west coast (Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles) and tried more than one Italian restaurants but Antica Pesa has definitely succeeded in bringing a fine Italian cuisine to Brooklyn.The meals and dessert are refined and in line with the Italian tradition. They were deliciousThe service is of high standard, very kind and detail-oriented.The atmosphere was delightful with jazz music.Very good value for money.Strongly recommended!

This restaurant is a must! Every single thing that we ate was deliciously prepared.We were a party of five and all agreed, the portions and flavors were all perfect. A must is their creation on the Espresso Martini and their Crudo E Bufalo Croccante. We finished it so fast, we ordered another one. The service is top notch, starting from the owner to the wait staff! It has been a long time since I have been to a restaurant that deserves a 10 rating. Keep up the greatness.
