Wanted to check out After Life upon learning that place changed into something new. It became my favorite place to eat, drink and chill in the area. I can’t rave enough about the food. The truffle mushroom flatbread was amazing and best tofu I’ve ever had- not even a tofu fan but they did it so tasty. Burger was great too. Drinks delicious. Good vibes. Nice staff. I love After Life.

This place is fantastic for delicious food—I had the burger while my friend ordered the chicken sandwich, and the fries were simply outstanding. We also tried the mezcalitas, which were smoky, strong, and absolutely perfect. The owner is wonderful, and the service is exceptional. Honestly, this is Bushwick's best-kept secret! I almost feel hesitant to share it, but the world deserves to know about this gem!

This place is fantastic! It was just around the corner, and my girlfriend was in the mood for burgers. I stopped by, had a beer while waiting, and the bartenders were really friendly. The atmosphere is laid-back and relaxing. If I lived closer, I would definitely return more often!

I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough—I almost wish I could keep it a secret for myself. The staff are fantastic; they are passionate and knowledgeable. I haven't sampled the food yet, but it looks ambitious, and based on what I saw coming out of the kitchen, it appears to be beautifully executed. The prices are higher than the previous establishment, but they are well deserved. The handcrafted cocktails have a deeply personal touch, and at $14 each, they are an incredible bargain for what you receive! Overall, it's a truly lovely and serene experience that will surely become a personal favorite for a long time. Well done, everyone!

Exemplary service and cozy interior. This is one of the top brunch places in the area! Nice diverse brunch menu and nice selection of eggs benny! Lox eggs benny lovers, you are in for a treat with their Sea Benedict. Food is delicious! Can't wait to go again and try their Mexican breakfast dishes.
