Contribuiți la feedbackThis Taco Bell is the worst I've ever been to. They consistently get our order wrong every time we visit. The food often makes us feel unwell. The customer service is terrible, and the staff is very rude. Tonight, the food had an odd taste—it was probably a mistake to eat it, especially after seeing one of the employees behaving inappropriately at the counter.
Every time I visit this restaurant since the remodel, there's always something lacking, and the portions of meat are quite minimal. The staff often appear unhappy and seem to have a negative attitude, regardless of the time of day. Overall, I live nearby and used to frequent this place often, but lately, I find myself choosing other locations or restaurants altogether.
I placed an order a few minutes ago using the mobile app just before midnight, transitioning into April 24th. When I arrived at the drive-thru, I provided my order name, and everything seemed fine until I reached the second window. There, I was informed that half of my order was out of stock, although I had requested specific items and was never notified about the shortage at the speaker. Frustrated, I asked to cancel the order. They told me I could cancel, but now I see on the mobile app that I've been charged and it indicates that I already picked up my order, which I didn’t. I've tried calling the restaurant, but I keep getting disconnected. I remained respectful throughout this whole ordeal, so I'm left wondering why you’re messing with people's money?
Where do I start this place is horrible. I went thru the drive and got a crunch wrap went home to eat it and it had a piece of cardboard in it. Called to complain and they hung up on me. So I called back and the guy called me a lair. I almost ate that! Won't come back here again. However I did get 4.94 back for apology and was told they didn't do it on purpose.
11/30 at 12:20 AM. Rude and unprofessional employees. Due to an allergy, we ordered a chalupa fresco style(no cheese). When we checked the food, there was some cheese mixed in with the lettuce, and some melting in. This could not be eaten due to the allergy. When we took it back, 2 male employees acted confrontational and defensive. They denied there being cheese in it, and yelled that there wasn 't cheese in it. There 's no (F word) cheese on it . Absolutely not ok to use that language in front of customers. The female employee towards the back said she better not report us . Here is the chalupa they remade us, you can see that there is still cheese. Allergies need to be taken more seriously. We will no longer be going to this taco bell even though we were very frequent customers.
