The worker was rude, irritated, and using unsanitary methods. I ordered online for pickup and I usually go in to watch it being made. She had two customers before me one used cash and another card, she didn't wash her hand between any of those customers. She also put my bacon in the microwave without any paper and I asked her about it, she said the microwave was clean and she used gloves. I explained to her that she touched money then put the gloves one and put her hand in all the fixings and that's unsanitary and defeats the purpose of wearing gloves. I told her I didn't want the order anymore and asked her to refund my money, she told me to do it through the app which I couldn't. I went to the subway in Crystal and they made the same order and showed me how the BP subway CAN refund my money so i went back and asked her again, luckily the manager was there this time he was able to. This BP subway is one I try to avoid because the workers don't care and don't seem happy (and I know ppl are not happy all the time) but have some kind of ok customers service. I live very close and probably will never visit this one again. It's never a positive experience.
Terrible store, had workers chattin in the lobby with family and or friends and when I came in because my sandwich (online order) was made incorrectly they gave me what I needed instead of just remaking my order.
I highly recommend this Subway I only go to this one the lady is amazing loves what she does and best subway I've ever been to. Thank You
I'm giving this restaurant a 5-star review for the amazing solo employee working the counter today, July 15, 2023. Great job, sir! Your positive attitude and hard work during the busy lunch rush, managing a long line and numerous orders with multiple sandwiches, set a standard for the entire brand. Too often, customers encounter employees who seem disengaged, leaning against counters or scrolling on their phones, showing little concern for the customer experience. The owner of this franchise should definitely consider giving this talented sandwich artist a substantial raise! If I lived nearby, I would visit this location regularly solely because of this employee.
