Contribuiți la feedbackIf I could give less than one star, I absolutely would! The staff here are incredibly rude and unfriendly. I ordered a BLT, expecting the usual amount of bacon—typically at least four pieces, and sometimes even six—without any extra charge. However, they only put two slices on my sandwich. When I politely asked if I could have the normal portion, explaining that I've never received just two pieces when bacon is the main protein, the employee flatly stated that it would cost extra. I was taken aback—extra charge for what? The conversation simply halted there, and he just stared at me, showing no willingness to accommodate my request. I decided to leave and went to a nearby Noble location, where I got five slices of bacon at the regular price. This restaurant is being incredibly petty, and I don't think they'll last long if they continue this way. It seems like there may be new management or ownership at play here.
I was in line with just one person ahead of me, and it took 10 minutes to have my order taken. When I went to pay, I tried to use my Rebels card for a free 6-inch sandwich with the purchase of another and a drink. However, they refused to accept the card, so my bill for two 6-inch sandwiches, a drink, and a bag of chips came to nearly $20. This place has gone downhill with the new owners and staff. It used to be a nice Subway restaurant, but I won't be returning.
The woman who made sandwiches for our group today was one of the most positive, kind, and dedicated individuals I've ever encountered. MAMA, we truly appreciate you and the thoughtful way you treated us. And did I mention that she was the ONLY one working there? Despite the pressure, she was incredibly efficient and warm, even though she could have easily been frustrated or overwhelmed. Thank you so much, dear. Your passion for your job and your customers served as a valuable lesson for the high school students who visited your shop today. We are grateful!
Done, just done. The customer service is well below acceptable. The new owner must think this is a gourmet sandwich shop. $12 for a run of the mill foot long. I LOVED this when the old owner was there, friendly, kind, and affordable. All of that is gone. You can get a large Pizza with multiple toppings just about anywhere for what 1 sandwich costs here. The last time I was here (right after the new owner took over) They were sanding sheet rock.. and dust was everywhere, even in the food, (you could write your name in the dust on everything) yet they still served it. I thought I would try 1 more time a year later... nope, I'm done for good now. I was there at 12:30 on a week day (lunch time) and I was the ONLY customer. That itself speaks volumes. They basically told me what I would like on my sandwich. I said that I didn't want shredded chicken, I wanted roasted, they said shredded was rotisserie, and better, and continued with that instead.. wth? Then when I paid She said tip it or skip it.. I said what? She said tip me or not. This store is not going to last long at this rate. The neighborhood, doesn't want anything to do with them.
App doesn't work with the store certain promotion codes don't work with this store I don't know if it's the store itself or if it's the franchise messing with things maybe the app, but trying to use the app with the store irritates me so much I don't even want Subway anymore today so between the app and the franchise I feel bad for these owners losing money because they can't create products that work. Maybe these franchise owners should get together and Sue corporate over the money they lose
