Pho 99 - Brooklyn Park

I’m very picky about my spring rolls!!!! This place is my new number 1 spring roll place to go! Eggrolls were on target as well!!!!

Edited with update. The food here is my favorite, the dining in experience is lacking. The employees (one in specific) is very rude and moody. If it wasn't for him, I'd frequent here more but instead I settle for where I'm treated right. I also can't stand the fee to use cards, but they don't take checks and I don't carry cash.

The new side of oxtail must be a new thing Each time I’ve come here they’re always usually fairly busy which is a great sign the broth to the pho is good and the staff is always nice they do what they can even when they’re a bit behind but I’ve never sat down like other places and it’s taken more than 40 mins to get my food it’s always under 15mins if not in 5 for me here I also tried their spring rolls , regular and the pork meatball and they’re both amazing You will also find that their chili oil has a bit more kick than most places a plus for me but a warning for those who aren’t used to spice Over all a great place

I can understand why some people would consider this restaurant the best place for Pho but it’s not. Broth had a good balance but it wasn’t beefy or aromatic and there is nothing spectacular about it. The amount of herbs we got for 2 large and 1 medium pho combo was very little. The meat portion size was average, selection of meat cuts were lacking, and brisket tasted dry.Would I eat here again? Pho came out very quickly, which I was very happy about. They have large portions and reasonably priced for the amount. The place was packed, and rightfully so, as I think this is one of the best Pho places in the Twin Cities. Staff were very friendly. It is located in an area where crime is higher, but just something to be aware of is all. It is right next to a DragonStar, which I appreciate.
