Contribuiți la feedbackAt the arrival in this hotel we noticed that the yellow previewed tape about the front door indicated that the spin was off-operation. we used the neighboring door, two doors and a very narrow fit that does not just pass through with our luggage. the entry was neat, but not clean, although the deck around the chandelier fell down and the recipe was channeled together. when we were checked in, we were told that the pool and restaurant were closed because of kovid. the friendly participants also informed me that they are a damage deposit that was greater than the cost of the room. In addition, I was charged $50 more dollar that I was not informed would be charged for or on my card. the entire customer service could tell me that the representative was new in the hotel and I would have to wait about a week before the sorted out. the room itself was unclean. the bathroom did not seem to have been cleaned by the last couples. open, dirty counter, a bath towel and the toilet ran all night long. on the bed was no comfort, it was about the equivalent of two leaves. bring a deck when you choose this hotel. the first floor must have been in construction. unfortunately we pushed 1 on the elevator accidentally looking for the lobby in the middle of the night and landed there. it smells strong of marihuana and seemed like it was hanging up for someone? a family member who also stayed there had the same experience as us. her room was also unclean. unnecessary to say, we should have read the reviews before booking. this hotel was not the experience we were looking for. very disappointed. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
I would give this place if I could. because the place I usually stay for which was booked at night, and when I checked in both rooms, was dirty. we have asked for new rooms, and we have new rooms that are still dirty. So I decided to find a place somewhere else and to inform the reception. two months later they have charged my card for two rooms from this night. they said they had proof that I stayed there. but I was refunded a room. So if they want to waste money on dirty rooms and be responsible for their rooms being first dirty, they stay here!
I wish I could give 0 stars. this place must be closed and considered convicted. radisson should be ashamed of the operation under these conditions. the only positive thing about my stay was the young lady who worked when I checked in. I had to change the room 4 times. the first room was dirty as usual, the second room had no heat, the third room had no hot water. the 4th room was not the best, but we kept it. it was late and valentine weekend so it was difficult to find another hotel. müll was in the fluren, foreseeable band around the entrance, dirty elevators and holes in the lobby ceiling. Even in the 4th room I had to run the water for 30 minutes, so it became hot and it had a broken cabinet. they do not have house management at the weekend, only 1 floor has an ice machine. the parking lot was an ice rink. I asked her to salt it and that never happened. the rooms do not have towels, they must go to the reception and request them. I stayed in motels, that's better. we all deserve a refund.
I don't give this place stars. the women at the reception were rude. very rude. even threatened to call the call of the bulls on us. we have tried to be understanding and polite. it took almost an hour to check us out last night. we bring our family to the night, and because we were a little late to get him, it was like we had a time spent and threatened with the police.
WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Do NOT go here! The 1 hour of being at this hotel was a nightmare (we were planning on staying 2 nights). All of the following experiences have been reported to Radisson’s corporate office:Our arrival time was approx. 10:30 pm due our travel time, so we were exhausted and ready for bed. Due to the hotel’s HORRIFIC discrepancies and the THREE inefficient rooms we were transferred to, we spent the remainder of our evening searching for nearby hotels, IN THEIR LOBBY, and were forced to leave the Raddison Brooklyn Center in Minneapolis.Building Discrepancies:1. Caution tape all over the front of the building of the rotating entrance doors and interior of the lobby where maintenance repairs were being processed; appeared to be a ventilation issue2. One working building entrance door (out of 3)3. No luggage carriers available4. Elevator was extremely squeaky, slow, continued to start/stop and was completely unsanitary5. No bar or concessions available6. No pool available7. No maintenance employee available8. No manager employee available9. No assistance from the one front desk employee and one training employee1st room assigned:1. Broken toilet dirt in the toilet, toilet wouldn’t flush, lifted the lid to the toilet and it was full of black sludge2. Lack of towels in the bathroom3. Room was not properly cleaned/sanitized glitter from the previous reservation was left on the bench in front of the bed4. No refrigerator located in the room5. WiFi did not work2nd room assigned:1. No electricity in the room3rd room assigned:1. No electricity in the room2. No working heat in the roomThis experience was absolutely unacceptable; disappointing is an understatement. I will no longer support Raddison and will influence my friends and family to do the same. I’m completely SPEECHLESS that this facility is even open, let alone allowing residents to stay.
