The Brookline Pizza

An eclectic pizza and fast casual spot conveniently located between Brookline Village and the downtown of Beacon St. The Pizza Spa has a plethora of seating and dining options, with pizza being a big attraction. The cheese is good quality, with a thick crust customary of many Boston (and Brookline) pies.

Went in for a slice. Ingredients/dough was good, but the dough was so floppy it was almost raw. Like eating a fruit rollup. You might be luckier, or just ask for it well done. Would have been a 4-5 if cooked properly.

I’m baffled this place has good reviews. I’ve given this place so many chances since it’s in the neighborhood and it’s convenient but the service taste and quality of the food is disgusting. The slices of pizza are left all day reheated and end up being hard like a rock then they serve it to customers. The workers in there don’t even care. Never again. Stay away way better places in the neighborhood.

Be careful what you order here.The pizza slices are always cold even after getting thrown in the oven , and the food that supposed to be sold hot like I just experienced is actually cold and chewy even if you pick it before the recommended 15 20 minutes. Best believe I would not recommend anyone go here. And when I called there isn 't anyone there whose in charge or part of management to handle any concern you have. I hope the health department follows through on complaints.
