I understand that fast food restaurants can be quick to eat at, but the faster food chains need to work on their quality. It's disappointing when you order a burger and it's missing key ingredients like the patty and seasoning. It just doesn't make sense how they can mess up a burger. We had to assemble our burgers ourselves, with the lettuce, patty, and tomato all on the side. It takes away the excitement of getting takeout when it's not prepared properly. There were also communication issues, which is expected, but when everything adds up, I won't be returning. We only went because we had a voucher, as I couldn't imagine paying full price for that experience.

This restaurant is on the way to home, but still out of my way (I have to go further north than I would if I were going home). Last year I had a complaint with them about an order, they finally corrected them and the life carried...to be honest, there is in the rule something wrong with my order when I got it from them, but in the rule something I can live with. this week (Jan.23,) I tried again. I ordered the habanero hühnerburger but did not receive a habanero and I ordered a koks, got diät (I can not drink). I didn't know until I came home 20 minutes later. I called, told them what my problem was and was said that a supervisor would call me back. it is now Jan.26 apparently they take their customer satisfaction very seriously. nothing has been fixed. they still have problems with customer satisfaction. they still have problems to properly fulfill order. they still have problems with the placement of employees (one of my first complaints to the manager was about the placement of a worker). avoid this device. you waste your time and your money. their order will be wrong and they will not be treated like an estimated customer.

Restaurant that I had never been before. The food was absolutely delicious - everything was fresh and perfectly seasoned. The service was top-notch as well. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I will definitely be returning to this gem of a restaurant in the future.

The burgers at this restaurant are great and reasonably priced. The establishment is well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and courteous. They also offer a fast and convenient drive-thru service.

Free refills on drinks when eating in, root beer lollipops for the kids, excellent customer service with staff carrying tray to our table and checking to make sure everything tasted good. Do the survey at the door. Takes seconds. Burgers and onion rings were delicious,...lettuce fresh.
