What can I say, when you think about traditional, back in the day Chinese take out, this is it! The food is delicious and they use quality ingredients and fresh veggies. I've tried some of their beef&chicken dishes and usually get something new each time. The Win Win Beef is super tasty, as is the ginger and onion beef. The Cantonese chow mein is superb, the noodles are cooked perfectly, there is also a lot of meat and veggies. You definitely won't come here for the atmosphere -it's your typical hole in the wall, with a few tables and chairs- but you'll find yourself coming back for the food! Staff is friendly but it can get busy so make sure you call in advance! They serve large portions, but don't skip out on the quality of their food. Prices are great and food taste like the Chinese food I grew up on. The guy that answers the phone has a great customer service voice! I thought it was an automated system at first. After living 8 years in Whitby, we are fortunate to come across this little gem on Dunlop st.,east of Brock. The food was tasty, vegetables were crisp and fresh and thr general.tao was super. We really enjoyed..we ordered the beef fried rice, beef Cantonese chow mein, and beef with satay sauce.
