Gangster Cheese Kitchen

My wife and I stopped in on a weeknight for a quick dinner several months ago. The restaurant was very quiet (almost empty other than a few people at the bar) and we were told to grab a seat anywhere. We did and waited about 10 minutes for a server to bring us menus. I went up to the bar to grab my own menu, and I guess she had forgotten us. She raced over to our table with menus. That was the last we saw of her.We waited for the server to come back and take a drink order, but I think she somehow forgot about us again. We waited another 15 minutes and decided to get up and leave. By then we had been there almost half and hour and had not even been able to get a drink order in.I was bummed out that we did not get to try the food, because it looks great on the menu. I decided to post the review because I am sure the owner would be upset to hear that customers are walking out the door. We will give it another try sometime and if things are better I will certainly update my review.

The food here was delicious! My bbq cheesy sandwich with fries was amazing and loved the way they prepared my daughter honey garlic wings!! Will definitely visit again!!

Weird to say but these guys have the best wings in Durham, no other spot comes close. And for 50 cents!! We will be back!

Really delicious food. I think as time goes on they improve their issues in the beginning it was always way too loud in here, they'd have music coming from the kitchen and (different) music coming from the TVs behind the bar I think (and hope/pray) that they have stopped doing this. The food as I mentioned is delicious, the prices are alright all things considered

Great place to hold events, hosted our daughters birthday here, great staff and awsome food!
