The Lodge - Brookings

We work across the street and have stopped by this restaurant several times over the years. We've never been disappointed, except during the COVID period. It's a great place to unwind with a drink, enjoy delicious food, and soak in a pleasant atmosphere. The establishment is very clean, both inside and out. Plus, it shares a building with the Econolodge motel, which is convenient for us since it means no need to worry about drinking and driving.

We had a wonderful dinner; the food was excellent, and the hostess was very kind and attentive.

I sat down and waited, and waited, but still no one came to serve me, even though they were serving other customers.

Ordered to go, French Dip was disgusting with no au jus, jalapeño cheese curds were cheese curds, no napkins or silverware for my side salad!HORRIBLE!

Nice atmosphere very friendly people and reasonable food!
