Flavor Indian Asian Fare - Brookings

I was pleasantly surprised to find an Indian restaurant, but the food was really good, the staff were very down-to-earth, and it was an overall good experience.

My favorite restaurant in town and my favorite Indian restaurant in the area until we hit Colorado. Owners are receptive to feedback and will act upon it. Happy to support this establishment.

Quality of Food is okay, if you have had good curry or other Indian dishes, be prepared to be disappointed, the quality isn't worth the 4 stars it gets from folks from SD. If you have never had Indian food, then you'll probably really enjoy it. The times that they are open, are awful and make it difficult to get the food, which isn't as a big of lost since, as I said its only average.

I always had a doubt about the taste of the food. I tested this restaurant before it was moved to the new place and the foods were horrible at that time. This time, after almost 5 years I wanted to try the food again, and guess what, it was an absolute disappointment. The buffet had only 5-6 foods and none of there were tasty. When you say it is an Indian item, you should make sure it is at least close to its original taste. If an Indian tastes this food they would know

Flavor has a fun atmosphere very delicious food! We ordered bubble tea, pot stickers, pad thai, and tikka masala all the food had the strong flavors you?d expect in authentic Asian cuisine. We?ll certainly be back again!
