Willy's Mexicana Grill - Brookhaven

I like Willy's! The only complaint I have about this location is the refrigeration unit that holds the mix-in ingredients really needs a thorough cleaning and the person preparing your meal should not use the wall in the unit to scoop up your selection. I don't believe they are aware that they are doing this, but from the customer side of the glass, you can see old ingredients dried on the wall from prior scoopings. It's not only disgusting, but a health hazard. For my bowl, I selected ingredients that were not near the wall.....but I kept thinking, if that area isn't properly maintained, what else should I be concerned with?

I?ve been eating at Willy?s for 8 years. My husband and I used to eat it 1-2 times a week. Both the quality of food and staff has plummeted in the last several years. I truly believe it stems from the top- I emailed corporate and received no response. Every single time I go into Willys, it is a mess. More times than not, I?ve received burnt, cold food. It takes forever and as my husband says ?it?s always the B team?. Corporate, pay your employees more. Will not be returning.

Used to love coming here service has gone way down, restaurant is dirty, homeless people in and out of the store. I love Willys but we?ve stopped going now. Emailed corporate and didn?t receive a response. Margaritas are delicious but last time their machine was down too.

I ate at Willy's Mexicana at Cherokee plaza and let me tell you don't eat there!! Ordered the steak burrito and noticed the steak was colded and it taste like it was 2 days old meat!! It was also Room temperature!! hope I don't get food poisoning!!????And the tortilla came loose and fell apart, so I asked them for a bowel to put what was left of this so called burrito in it. They also didn't have change in their register And there was a water leak coming from the ceiling and it blanketed the floor!! I use to eat at Willy's in Marietta when they first came out they were awesome!! Wonder if that Willy's gone down hill too? I Should have gone to Moe's!!????

Don?t order the steak. It?s full of hard fat and very little beef. Staff was not friendly at all. Definitely don?t recommend eating here. Food was cold.
