This place is so much more than a food truck.. the atmosphere is relaxing and homey. You can tell the meat is high quality and the signature BBQ sauce is the best around!! They even pickle everything in house. I definitely recommend TWINS!!!

I received a gift card at Christmas from my wife, who works near Brookfield. I suggested we get some BBQ for dinner but found it was impossible to order online. I tried calling and got a voicemail message, asking me to leave my name, number, and message I did just that but no one ever called to say We 're closed How rude! I cannot believe they don 't own a smartphone and are ignoring incoming customers! Why doesn 't their outgoing message say We 're taking a little break but can 't wait to get back and start cooking again! Happy New Year! Are they closed? Just for the holiday? For good? No indication exists anywhere: will they ever reopen? Who knows? This is no way to run a business!

First time at twins bbq, but not my last time, so I started with the brisket sandwich with shredded cheese. It had great flavor and was perfectly cooked brisket. Wanted to try a few things, so I had the hot dog witch had a ton of flavor. I was very surprised and enjoyed it. Tried the mac and cheese with bacon. The bacon was a little smokey, but it didn't take away from the great taste of the mac and cheese. Had a side of fries that seemed so fresh and crisp. I look forward to coming back.

Everything is amazing. Nachos with pulled pork is my go to. Prices are more than reasonable.

VERY EXPENSIVE! Tiny portion sizes. I was shocked how small a brisket sandwich for 18 could be, 4 think slices, it wouldn't satisfy a child. Never going back felt tipped off
