Noodles Company - Brookfield

The worst customer service. Waited 20 minutes for my food. The restaurant was nearly empty. There’s no way they’ll be able to stay open with service this bad. Employees on their phones, not calling out names on togo orders, loud kitchen music.

Every other time I order from here, something is wrong with my order. Burnt meat, missing sauce, missing meat, etc. I don’t have this issue with other noodles locations. Something is wrong with the management of this location.

I wish they would have kept the cauliflower noodles. It was ok. Prices are very high.

Usually loves noodles but I got a stomach bug or food poisoning here yesterday

First and last time at this location. I came in to place a “to go” order. There was nobody at the front register. There were 3 people in the back/side kitchen area though. All 3 made eye contact me during my 23 minute wait for someone to take my order. There was nobody else in line and one other customer eating at a table. I got so frustrated, I was just about to place an online order to see if I could get food that way since they all ignored me. I was just about to place it, and someone finally came out…no apology or anything. If I wasn’t craving noodles, I would have left after 10 minutes. The food was alright, but not worth waiting for people to do their jobs for over 20 minutes when I was the only customer. I’ll stick to the Tosa location because this location was an absolute joke.
