Gluten Free Oasis - Brookfield

I absolutely loved the cheese bread and ended up taking half a dozen home. The sandwiches were fantastic as well. I highly recommend this place!

Love the cheese breads! This place isn't much to look at from the outside, but don't let that fool you. The food is fresh and delicious, and the owner is incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable about gluten-free.

Stop the bus ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS bread ! I would never even know it was gluten free if I didn’t buy it myself . Just take from the freezer and pop in the toaster for a minute …. and ya hoooooo you have INCREDIBLE ROLLS WITH AMAZING CRISPY CRUNCHY CRUST- AND WARM SOFT DOUGHY CHEESY INSIDE !!! Absolutely awesome!! They are completely nut and gluten free, along with a ton of other common allergies.

I was visiting from Amsterdam, Europe and the staff was so nice to me. Somehow my bankcards didn't work at some places in the US and they offered me to eat a sandwich and pay later. The gluten free bread is so delicious. I tried the vegan versions and it was really soft and freshly baked. This store is like heaven. Thanks everyone. I will definitely recommend you to my relatives and friends in the US.
