Blaze Pizza - Brookfield

Sometimes you do have a second chance to make a good first impression. During the summer we stopped in and had a very bad experience (see previous review). We just recently were back in town and wanted to give them a second chance. This time the pizza was much better (not burnt). The staff is better trained. We always want to be fair when we have a bad experience and these guys have redeemed themselves.

My husband and I have tried their pizza twice and I'm happy to report that it's a favorite! We have had the works pizza with red sauce, which was my fav, and the Buffalo Chicken pizza, which was also excellent. Most recently, we had a white sauce and chicken, spinach, mushrooms, onions and tomatoes. I love the crust and the sauces. The price is right and it's still hot when we get it home! We'll be back to build a Greek chicken pizza.

This new pizza restaurant opened 3 months ago in the old Blaze Pizza location. The renovation is very similar to the old Blaze Pizza business. With COVID-19 going on, staffing will effect every business no matter what. But I think that the customer service will make or brake this new establishment The first impression wasn 't very impressive when I walked in. You could hardly hear the young person that greeted you and I asked her to speak up when I was asking questions Plus being the only person/customer in the restaurant, I was just hoping for a How was everything today . No such luck. This pizzeria is similar to Mod Pizza and Blaze Pizza and the prices are comparable. But you have less of a selection of ingredients with this business in my opinion. Overall I 'd come back if someone suggests this establishment
