Taste So Good - BRONX

I walked into the restaurant and immediately felt cramped and enclosed, almost like being in a jail cell. I ordered the ox tail with white rice and it came with cabbage. But before we discuss the food, let's address the price. The portion size was very small for the price of $14.30. The food itself was average at best, definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend wasting your time or money here. #OVERPRICED #TRASHFOOD.

For $22, I received a dish with a small side and a soda. The oxtail dish consisted of only 2 pieces of oxtail over a bed of rice. The gravy was excessively watery and salty. I ended up making the mac and cheese my main dish as I did not enjoy the oxtail. The mac and cheese, however, was tasty.

The food was satisfactory. I wished the oxtails were larger, but they did give a generous portion of smaller ones. The sorrel was diluted, but the okra was delicious. I would be willing to give it another try.

Bomb! I've been wanting to try them out for a while. I'm glad I made it over here. Delicious food and friendly service. Generous portions. I'll be stopping by whenever I'm in the neighborhood.

Satisfactory customer service but low grade for food quality and taste. Unfortunately, I did not want to smack my mama or anyone's mama after this one.
