The staff, most often a West Indian person, had a dry and unfriendly attitude, showing a lack of care for their job and customers. It is unfortunate that this place is located in a busy area, as people tend to like it despite the poor service. It is hard to enjoy a meal when there are flies buzzing around the food. It is suggested that the owner pay more attention to the quality of food and service, especially considering the high prices. Unlike other Subway restaurants, there are no daily deals or specials offered here. It seems like the owner may not understand the standards expected in New York or in a fast-food establishment like Subway.
The staff member who took my order was extremely unpleasant and rude. The bread in my sandwich was stale and the sandwich itself was very dry. She spent the whole time on the phone. This is the first time I have had a negative experience at this restaurant.
I recently visited this restaurant out of courtesy. I was disappointed to find that they no longer serve the bread that I used to enjoy. As a result, I may still choose to dine at Subway when I'm in the mood for a sandwich.
This location sucks. The server literally tried to rush my order and put very little in my salad. I was the only one in the store!
Worker here is either illiterate, lazy or somehow trying to save the company money by being a cheapskate.
