Great staff, excellent service, and everything is very clean!

The owners of this restaurant have exhibited extremely racist behavior, particularly the heavier woman. If they aren't paying attention, she shows no consideration for food restrictions whatsoever. Their intolerance has been a persistent issue for quite some time, which is truly disappointing.

I placed an online order and made the payment, but when I arrived to pick it up, someone else received my order using just the confirmation number. The staff member wouldn’t let me have my order, claiming they needed an ID due to a hacking issue, which was not mentioned anywhere on the website when I ordered. I won’t be dining here again and will choose to support my local deli instead.

Far better than the service of the Subway at the gas station by Westchester White Plains road.

The service is terrible, they are very rude. it was said that they did not use subway app because they did not like it and misleading it. does not provide orders from the app until they are loaded and display valid id. even if you've already paid. they also do not participate in the subway promotions. perhaps a franchise of its own. she's only subway-associated and a franchise.
