Ihop - BRONX

Have come to this location for years now. Food has always been great. Service depends on the person but it is mostly great!

Great service associates. Friendly and inviting atmosphere. Clean and bright. Good food. My grandson really enjoyed his banana pancakes!

When I was younger, this was one of the only ihops in the city. This was waaay back … when the establishment only hired female waiters. I came here just yesterday with my family and was happy to see that most of the place hasn’t changed.The updates to the place are minimal but it still has a vintage feel. Unfortunately, the service wasn’t too great. To offset it, the food was good quality. I would come back again.

Came here on a very Hot Beautiful Day with a very Positive Vibe on my Day Off, only to just be served with a Negative Attitude Waitress name Frankie. After taking out order. He noticed I didn’t appreciate his attitude. I guess killing them with Kindness does actually work with some people. Frankie then Disappeared for 25 straight mins straight. Even the Manger on Duty was looking for him. Food is Great. But Frankie’s Vibe gotta go from the Beginning.

This was a typical IHOP visit. eating was consistent, and the table service was excellent. I thought the hostess could communicate a little more. I understand that ihop is a lively place, but I was the only person waiting for a table so I think regular updates were in order. I am a great representative of customer service. I don't care if they're in the fast food industry or eat five stars. everything comes to customer service. good bad or otherwise the place will always be packed.
