Dunkin' - BRONX

I believe all the staff at this location, including the manager, need to be replaced! I've been a customer here for years, and I've never encountered such rude employees at any Dunkin' Donuts. They frequently make mistakes with my coffee order, and even when I ask them to fix it, they still get it wrong the second time. Additionally, they seem reluctant to scan the Dunkin' app, which adds to the unprofessional atmosphere of this place.

I got sick from one of the drinks I ordered. If they are using milk, they really need to check the expiration date. After having my frozen hot chocolate, I started to feel extremely nauseous and ended up throwing up. This is the first time I’ve experienced this issue with my usual orders from Dunkin', as I typically stick to the same beverage. However, when I ordered from this location, my stomach felt upset. I've also noticed that they aren't very sanitary at times; there was an occasion when my girlfriend pointed out that an employee used the cooking tray to throw away trash and then reused it to heat food. I'm not surprised that I got sick, given the careless practices I’ve observed.

I visited this coffee shop for the first time and was really impressed by the quality of the coffee and the outstanding service. The barista took the time to explain the various coffee options and helped me select the perfect drink for my taste. The latte was smooth and flavorful, and the donut and sandwich made for an ideal pairing. I can’t wait to return!

Unfortunate cause the workers are nice, sometimes they dont pay attention which can be a bit disturbing. The freshness of the food has gotten better, but the outside appearance looks dirty , there’s no tables, no chairs the inside overall all looks DEAD AND UNIVITING ! they have homeless people inside the store standing coughing while food is being made. Not good. This store has the potential to do better but right now a 3 star for sure .

I have not yet had a problem with placing any mobile orders or in person orders with any mistakes on Dunkin's end but for the love of God, recently the place has been having a bunch of beggars daily in front of the damn Dunkin donuts which makes people not wanting to enter there. There is also an unpleasant smell in the place as well which is also a turn off.
