Dunkin' - BRONX

I'm am sorry to say, but this Dunkin is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. The Muffins Donuts are yesterday's leftover until that finishes U can forget about getting anything that fresh. Poor customer service. As a Dunkin Donuts fan customer for over 30 years, This breaks my heart.

Long line and extremely long wait. The worst part is Ruma the employee sees it?s very busy but she still decides to give free food to her friend that just came in and didn?t even make the line or didn?t even pay.

Hopefully the Brand takes their franchise back from these people. Worst service ever. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. It was completely burned and there was no cream cheese. The ladies who work in the morning are rude and arrogant. They dont listento customers review and would just reject the service on face.

I ask for bagel with extra butter and they did me dirty

Staff talk a lot to each other and don't hear you when you're ordering. The cashier isn't present most of the time. Overall it's a good place to get breakfast.
