Chipotle Mexican Grill - BRONX

So I ordered my food there was nobody in here and the girl was rushing like she had a line then she overcharged me she didn?t cook my tortilla food was cold rice was not done I won?t ever come here again no wonder place is empty

Never had issues. Staff is always friendly and fast. Had to wait just a little long for my meal and received a significant surprise from them. A+

Very bad customer service. I waited 6 minutes before I was helped. And I was looked in the eye by both employees behind the counter. Then after ordering, I had to wait until she helped the other customers that were behind me to pay. Ohh, and they had no napkins. At all

The place is big and spacious. Plenty of seating available. The time I went it was an inconvenience because you had to place your online to have them prep you the food to go. Even though they were there and could had taken your order. The main food line was not available due to a missing glass that made in unable to put the food out. The food quality is what is to be expected of the restaurant chain, but the way this place operates lacks practicality.

I ordered 3 bowls for delivery this location is a 10 minute drive to my house. The rice was and chicken was cold not even close the being warm place sucks
