Domino's Pizza - Bromsgrove

Ordered 2 large pizzas Saturday. The worst pizzas we have ever had hardly any ingredients on them except a thick layer of burnt tomato puree will never use again

Very misleading online order.stated free garlic bread.This was a Tuesday and two pizzas for Tuesday was in my basket.it removed my pizza and replaced it with the garlic bread and they won't even help days after.Poor customer service!

I ordered two pizzas online for a 12 30pm. At 12 45pm I used the online Tracker and it advised that my order was on its way being delivered faster than an eight legged racehorse .... Twenty minutes later, the racehorse had still not arrived so I phoned the branch (which is less than two miles away) and was told that the delivery could be up to ONE AND A HALF HOURS LATE!!! That 's awful service there was nothing online to say there could be such a delay. Very poor service from a national enterprise.

We visited Dominos tonight and order 4 large pizzas and 2 lots of chicken strips. When we ordered the food we was told 20 to 25 minutes for the food which was ok. After 35 minutes we did see three of our pizzas arrive but not the fourth or the chicken strips. When I asked about the order we was told it was on its way. We waited another 15 minutes, no pizzas arrived. I asked to speak to the manager. When I explained the situation he could not see the problem with cold food. Why I was complaining another customer also started to complain and he had waited longer than us for their food. We finally got a part refund and cold food. The manager also disappeared into the back and before we knew it the police had arrived due to a disturbance. The manager had called the police on us. I will be putting a full complaint into the head office.

I have been going to Domino's for a while now, but have had to deal with wrong orders, lateness, and even receiving the wrong drink. When I tried to correct the mistake, the employee took the items back but still charged me for them. Despite being promised to receive the correct drinks, they never showed up. When I called to complain, I was told it was my fault. My partner also ordered from them, and when I called to address the issue with the drinks, I was promised a refund of £16. However, when the driver arrived, he insisted on charging £19. When I called the store to resolve the issue, I was put on hold for 10 minutes and eventually gave up. Overall, the experience was frustrating and lacked communication. I will not be returning to Domino's again. I recommend checking out Piccolos in Maltby for delicious pizza and a better variety of options.
