Fromagerie Qualité Summum - Bromont

I used to stop at your Bromont restaurant quite regularly, and I noticed certain shortcomings in the preparation of the dishes, the taste, the quality, etc. But in recent months, every time I ordered a poutine, it was disappointing, to say the least, 'disgusting'. Lots of good cheese, little sauce, leftovers and hardened potato skins cooked in questionable oil, in short, low-quality potato junk. Today, September 13, 2016, your restaurant is on my list of places not to visit anymore. P.S. The toilets are dirty, in complete disrepair, and the whole place reflects exactly the philosophy of customer neglect. Oh, I haven't mentioned the overpriced $9.00 for each bad poutine, not to say 'trash'! Furthermore, when I complained, I was served a new one that was even worse than the first one... all with a sarcastic remark from the waitress. "YOU ALREADY SAID THAT." And I sign; 'DOC' Gérard.

Try the cheese and bacon stuffed pizza crust topped with poutine at this restaurant. You will be satisfied beyond belief.

Horrible service and underwhelming food. Our order took 52 minutes to arrive (checked the time on my bill and the time the food was delivered) and the chicken burger that my girlfriend ordered was a pale looking chicken breast between two plain buns that 's it, totally plain, no mayo, no lettuce, nothing! And all we got after complaining to a clerk was a stupid look and ridiculous we 're sorry . How about I get my money back for the **** you serve as food? Avoid at all cost.

Excellent restaurant. Si c'est parfois un peu long commander, c'est quand c'est paqueté de monde et que la file s'étend jusqu'à la sortie pis comme ça arrive pas mal souvent surtout en été, ça doit être parce que c'est bon! Ne vous fiez pas trop aux commentaires négatifs ici, regardez plutôt la note moyenne, qui est plutôt bonne. Tout n'est pas parfait, mais leur pizza est excellente et généreuse, leur poutine en vaut certainement la peine, et le club sandwich est super aussi (quoique personnellement je l'aime mieux sans fromage). Je mange là souvent et je suis toujours satisfait.
