T G F Pizza Co - BROMLEY

I placed my order at 6:18 PM and it was delivered at 7:40 PM. The food arrived lukewarm, despite calling twice after waiting for over an hour. I was informed that the driver had other deliveries to make. However, the driver later mentioned that he had picked up my order just 10 minutes before. The cheese in the appetizer was still hot and melted after 10 minutes. The pizza was average.

Ordered my pizza only for it to arrive 1 hour and 16 minutes later. Could a company really be this busy at around 4pm? I phone to cancel yet it still arrives and they take my money. Rude customer service. Never again. So disappointed. Pizza was also cold.

The St. Mary Cray branch is top-notch, with friendly staff and fantastic pizza. They always remember my order and deliver it promptly. Keep up the good work!

The manager, Sultan, is a gem! He made a delicious fresh pizza for my children, who loved every bite. Thank you! The staff is also very friendly and we will definitely be returning.

We waited 1 hour and 40mins for two pizzas on a Monday night. Ordered at 9.55...Arrived at 11.35......far too late!!!! Don't bother if you're hungry!
