Dirty sugar/milk area Coffee gave me stomach problems Uninviting staff Bad atmosphere Would never go back again

The whole seating area needed a proper clean, however the toilets were truly disgusting. They really didn’t look like they’d been cleaned properly for a long time. When paying nearly a tenner for two drinks it’s unacceptable.

We have been regular customers of Beckenham Starbucks for years and have had great relationships with the previous staff and loved our regular visits. However the place is now uninviting, dirty, poorly managed with staff who don’t care about their jobs. Staff walk past tables filled with dirty cups and plates and watch whilst customers clear the tables themselves. It is such a shame it’s gone so downhill. It used to have such a lovely welcoming atmosphere! Now the staff look annoyed when they have to do their jobs! The whole place needs a proper clean too!

The whole shop was filthy from the front door to the disabled WC at the back... Lots of stores just left in the customer area so it looks like a warehouse. The WC's were filthy with pubic hairs, faeces on seats, no loo roll, sinks had weeks of soap scum and other brown looking liquid stains... Totally unhygienic and unsanitary environment. All seats had stains and had not been cleaned. Whoever the Regional Manager is needs to be ashamed of this Starbucks!

Went in on a Sunday morning, there were two members of staff behind the counter. It appeared to be the one with more experience training the other. She is not a great trainer, more interested in publicly and loudly explaining everything that was wrong rather than explaining how to do things abs making some coffee. It took for ever for them to make a simple cappuccino and even then it was badly made and bitter. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere, so many more friendly welcoming places on the high street.
