Kokoro - BROMLEY

The service at this restaurant was terrible, with disinterested children serving without saying thank you or showing any sign of care. The tables were dirty and there was a lack of ambiance. The food may have been decent, but it was hard to enjoy due to the poor service.

I regret spending my money at this restaurant. I ordered a mixed hot box with sweet chicken and chicken katsu toppings on a rice base. The portions were the only positive aspect of the meal, as they were quite large. However, the food itself was disappointing. Both toppings lacked flavor, except for a supposed sweet sour chicken that was actually a very spicy chili chicken, which was unpleasant. After a few bites, I had to throw the rest in the trash. Overall, it was a horrible dining experience and a waste of £10. I will not be returning.

I had another disappointing experience with my order from this restaurant. The food arrived cold and some items were missing. It was impossible to contact the shop to request a replacement. This is absolutely unacceptable.

I don't leave a bad review lightly. We have been 4 times now as a family of four and spent nearly £50 each time and they have not been friendly or polite and refused to give our two boys (aged 6 and 8) a cup of tap water forcing us to buy water. We go to the Sevenoaks branch they don't have a page here on Trip advisor and it was dreadful service today. The young girl serving us this afternoon was blunt to a point of being rude, unhelpful and the chap that came in after us for a take away asked her why she was being so rude and left rather shocked at her behaviour.

Really disappointed we asked for sweet and sour chicken and basically we got the dregs of what seemed to be left overs, this seemed to include tofu!!! The food was grey dull and made me feel quite nauseous! Also got 3 spring rolls which were hot on the outside and cold on the inside. Clearly no concern for customers just give them what’s left. I’ve kept it invade I get food poisoning so it can be tested. Never again will I purchase from this establishment
