Tokyo Sushi - Broken Arrow

I absolutely love this restaurant! They offer both a regular menu and an all-you-can-eat option. Since I need to follow a gluten-free diet, they prepare fried rice using gluten-free soy sauce and ensure that any sushi I order is safe for me to eat. Food: 5/5.

The restaurant is small, cramped, and poorly lit. The service was slow, even though I was the only customer there. My spicy tuna roll appeared to be hastily assembled, with both ends made up mostly of rice and sesame seeds, while the spicy tuna was just a thin line amid a heap of rice. To make matters worse, I discovered today that I was double charged on my card for that disappointing meal, despite leaving a 25% cash tip. I definitely won’t be going back and cannot recommend this place to anyone.

How about adding some seasonings? The food had absolutely no flavor—just salt and pepper could have made a difference. I ordered the steak and shrimp hibachi, and both were overcooked. Even the roll was bland. Seriously, this needs improvement!

First time here and the reception and hospitality is a big zero. They have a high school kid working the front that doesn't even have enough sense to include napkins in picking up a to go order. They also combined two different rolls into one container which is fine, but they failed to communicate that and I drive all the way back to pick up what I thought was missing as a result. Communication is a beautiful thing, too bad so many people don't understand the difference it makes in society

I NEVER give bad reviews. But, tonight, I am not happy with this establishment. I had 1 Chicken Fried Rice on the all you can eat deal and ordered another ALL YOU CAN EAT deal for my beautiful lady. She had 2 different orders of rolls, some bean like things that I know not the name of. And we had 3 refills each of Dr. Pepper from which were poured from a CAN. As Trusting of a person as I am, I didn 't bother to READ the ticket, handed the waiter a $100 bill, and he proceeded to give me $31 and some change for my change from the bill? So this SMALL amount of food cost me almost $70?!?! And I do NOT cause scenes in public. So this is my review, I WILL NEVER patron this establishment again. Just the idea of charging someone $69 for a small meal like this?? Is beyond my comprehension. And the fact that the restaurant was EMPTY aside from ONE other couple, the waiter sat us in the booth RIGHT NEXT to the only people in the restaurant?! Couldn 't even have a conversation due to this loud couple. Give people a little privacy? Was just a bad experience over all. Food was well cooked, but nowhere NEAR WORTH $70 worth of food! Anybody has a problem with this review, I WILL ADD, I pour concrete for a living, I work HARD for my money, don 't appreciate being ripped off for a meal. Also I know the deal is almost $30 a person, THAT should have been adjusted when I only ordered ONE THING. Should have only been charged for my chicken fried rice PERIOD.
