Ted's Café Escondido - Broken Arrow

Ted's is always a favorite when in Tulsa. Love their set-up and especially the atomic salsa!

I cannot leave this place a zero the only thing good about this place was the service. The food was absolutely horrible. I felt like I paid $40 to eat trash. I would’ve rather ate at McDonald’s. This is not Mexican. This is frozen dinner and heck I would even want to frozen Mexican compared to this place. Absolutely nasty.

We arrived at the restaurant late and we were welcomed and treated great. Food was excellent. The wait staff was phenomenal.

The food is pretty good, and the free tortillas, chips, and dips are great. We usually get two batches of the tortillas. Overall the menu items are good, but the last couple times I've gotten the quesadilla the tortilla was overly toasted/dried out. The flavor is still great, just a minor complaint from maybe some bad luck. The service is great, staff are very attentive and the drinks, tortillas, and menu items come quickly which is appreciated for tight lunch breaks. The automated pay stations at the table are helpful as well, though we've had them glitch out before and had to pay normally. Environment is great, very clean and comfortable. The establishment is well cared for and the temperature is perfect. We visit regularly and enjoy Teds for a quick and tasty lunch option. Highly recommend this place!

I really liked the old location much better as it didn't seem like a fast food layout in the dining area. This location is more of a strip mall settling. The old location was a better place to take a business guest. Wheelchair accessibility: The handicap spots on the south side of the building only has on incline between the two spots. On the right spot where a passenger would be in the front seat, the curb is a bit tall so you have to go around the vehicle and the parking lot is sloped making it harder for someone who uses a walker on wheels.
