Redrobin - Broken Arrow

I've usually had good experiences at Red Robin, but this location did not meet my expectations. The fries we got were either cold or undercooked, and some of the burgers were also served cold. We ended up having to return them, which took away from the enjoyment of our meal with friends. I would suggest steering clear of this restaurant.

The service was exceptional, the ambiance was fantastic, and the burgers and sides were remarkable. I’m eager to sample one of their tempting desserts, but I was too stuffed to indulge. I highly recommend Red Robin!

We were very disappointed with our experience at this restaurant due to the poor service. It took us 10 minutes just to place our drink order, and by then, we decided to order food, but we ended up waiting again. Our appetizers arrived at the same time as our main courses instead of beforehand, and we never received any silverware. When we requested napkins from our waitress, we still didn’t get any, so I had to go to the bar to get some myself. By the time our food came, it was cold. We've dined at other Red Robin locations that were much busier, but the service there was significantly better. To make matters worse, we found our check on the floor. When we notified the manager, she simply asked for payment for the food. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning to this location.

I went to this restaurant looking forward to having a sandwich and a milkshake, but unfortunately, the server told me that the ice cream machine was out of order. There was no notice on the door indicating that not all items on the menu were available. The server only discovered this while taking my order, as she saw that all the ice cream options had been crossed out. It was quite disappointing.

I went to this restaurant with a group of six, and we had a wonderful experience. The waitress pleasantly surprised us by bringing out three baskets of fries before we even placed our orders, which we really appreciated. I was thrilled to find they offered a turkey burger in a lettuce wrap; it was delicious and low in carbs. I also ordered broccoli, and to my delight, the waitress included some coleslaw as well. It's amazing to have unlimited sides! One person in our group did receive a burger with the wrong cheese, but the staff quickly made him a new one. Overall, this place is an excellent burger spot!
