Goldie's Patio Grill - Broken Arrow

Food was perfect! I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and everything came out just the way I asked for it. The fried okra I got as a side was pulled out right on time, not a single overdone piece in the order. The only thing I might would mark down on, would bethe serving size of the okra. It seemed a little on the skimpy side to me. The waitress did mention supply problems though whenwe asked for pickles from the pickle bar. There were no bread and butter pickles left.

Dec 2021. Great experience in Broken Arrow! No pickle bar these days. I assume that that's a result of COVID. Our server happily brought us a bowl of pickles though. I wish I could remember the server's name because she was excellent. She had multipletables, maybe all of them, and she was killing it. Made me the best Arnold Palmer I've had in a long time and didn't seemannoyed by the special drink request. Dinner was delicious, as always. I should have ordered mine medium instead of medium well,I don't know what I was thinking. It came out more like well done but it was still delicious because of that special seasoning.Overall, very pleased and will remember to eat here more often because it's always been a great choice.

I visited this restaurant for the first and last time. I ordered a well-done burger, but mine was only half-cooked. When I politely informed the server that my burger wasn't cooked properly, she just looked at me, said "Oh really," and walked away without any concern. The service and food were both disappointing. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money here.

When we were seated, our section was empty, but we noticed two large parties and one small party arrive, get seated, place their orders, and receive their food before us. Our waiter mentioned he had forgotten to submit our order. After realizing this, he finally placed it. Unfortunately, he brought the gravy for the fries so early that by the time our burger and fries arrived, the egg had already cooled down. When our food finally came, we discovered there was no lettuce or tomato on the burger—just a dry patty. The waiter promised to get the missing items, but by the time he returned, our food was already cold. It was simply a disappointing experience at Goldie's. We really enjoy the taste of Goldie's burgers and have several favorites, but we've never had such a bad experience before this visit.

I've been a fan since I was a kid! Now at 45, this place never disappoints! The coleslaw is absolutely the best! The burgers are always cooked to perfection.
