Always awesome. After I finished eating my burger and a couple fries, an employee got my attention and gave me another bag of fries saying the ones you got were over done. And I hadn 't even noticed honestly. Awesome staff! Great foodz

The absolute best hamburger in BA hands down. Great service and amazing atmosphere. You feel like very welcome they also are very accommodating to their guests.

Very good burgers but expensive. You get a LOT of fries. Around 20.00 per person. Food is usually ready in 5-10 minutes. If you want to treat yourself, this is an excellent burger and fries stop.

I'd normally give it a better review if my burger didn't come with a massive 4 hair in it. Cajun fries are always on point though!

I’ve always been a fan of Five Guys, but after my second visit, I'm disappointed to say that both the food and service were lacking. The burgers were excessively wet and messy, causing the buns to become mushy and fall apart. They added way too much mustard and ketchup, drowning out the flavor. Additionally, the fries were not fresh or hot; instead, they were soggy, leftover broken pieces. Given the high prices, Five Guys seems to take pride in their offerings, but the staff needs to reflect that attitude. The person who took our order had a very unfriendly demeanor — she even rolled her eyes and walked away when I didn't leave a tip. My advice to her? Try smiling!
