Burger King - Broken Arrow

Was not only the best customer service I've ever had at a fast food place but also the nicest and most polite experience! I went through the drive thru around 10:30pm on Wednesday 3/9/2022 and was greeted by a gentleman named Carl and right as he asked for my order I explained to him I have a hearing disability and couldn't hear him well. He immediately told me to pull to the window and he would gladly take my order. As I pulled up he pulled his mask down and stepped back fir both of our safety and health due to the Covid-19 scare. He spoke firmly and slowly so I could hear him and read his lips this whole time he had a smile on his face and never showed any frustration or impatience towards me. He took my order asked several times if I needed anything else immediately asked me to double check my order before pulling off. That there not only warmed my heart but also put faith back into me knowing that there are still good people out and take pride in their job even if its a fast food joint. That man Carl needs to be recognized for his great customer service and people skills and deserves a raise and maybe even a promotion. I will definitely be visiting this burger king more and hopefully have more experiences like this with Carl

The service was quite prompt, and the food matched my order perfectly. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service, especially considering they were short-staffed and had limited lobby hours. I would rate this place 5 stars, but the food could have been served hotter. I did enjoy my meal, although it was somewhat lukewarm. Overall, if you're in the mood for a Burger King, this location is definitely worth a visit!

This restaurant serves the typical Burger King menu, which gives me confidence that they adhere to the brand's standards. While the staff does change from time to time, they are friendly and genuinely committed to performing well in their jobs. I visit a few times each month and intend to keep coming back, unless something changes.

I thoroughly enjoyed the fish sandwich. Burger King had a fantastic deal of two for ten dollars, which was excellent. We also ordered fries and a soft drink, and everything was delicious. The French fries were a bit saltier than I prefer, but I still finished them because they were tasty. Upon entering, I saw the manager disinfecting the tables, and the seating area appeared clean overall. I definitely give it two thumbs up! The staff making the sandwiches were quick and efficient.
