Very unprofessional. Employees obviously aren 't trained before sent out to handle people 's credit cards . Didn 't even confirm my party information and charged my card 50$ for a deposit and later told me it was wasn 't refundable after rushing to charge my card before even getting my part details. SCAMS ! BE CAREFUL

The kids had a lot of fun! The pizza was very good. There is lots to do for the little ones. However, my son who’s 2 yrs old came out of the slides/ballpit area and had someone else’s gum in his mouth. Absolutely disgusting, not to mention he could have choked. ???????? Maybe a sign up saying NO DRINKS/FOOD/GUM beyond this point, would be a good idea. Or get rid of any gumball machines. Would be nice if there was someone monitoring the area. Overall though it is s fun place to take the kids.

The kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Pizza wasn't awful! We plan on coming back again next year.

I took my 5-year-old grandson there. He loves this place. There is no admission fee which is great they have pizza which is basic. But he loves it. Definitely needs a thorough cleaning. Stains on the ceiling and the rugs are really dirty. Make sure the kids wear socks with grippies since shoes are taken off to go in the tubes and jumpy house. I go there almost every time I have my grandson he loves the place like I've said. He always has a great time.
